NYC: Saturday 28th March - Saturday 4th April 2009

We have not done much since my birthday, we have both been sick with a tummy bug then I had the flu so we have been taking it easy. On Saturday the 28th we left Heathrow for JFK, we are going to NYC for a week. The plane was due to leave at 1.30but they had to re-shuffle the bags and we left 1.5hrs late - and we had to sit on the plane for all that time! The flight was 7hrs, we arrive about 7pm. We are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, in the middle of midtown and our room looks out to the Empire State Building! We got some supplies and had an early night.
