Well we had a great time. Josh, Mayank, Janaki, Steve, Larissa, Audrey (worked with Josh), Nick (Audrey's husband), Simon and I all went to Ibiza for a long weekend. All of us arrived Saturday morning (except Simon who joined us at night) and we had hired a stretch limo for Josh and Steve to celebrate their birthday's - so we arrived in style! We had some time before we could checked in so we left our bags and sat by the pool. The boys found a football and went onto the beach and played with some spanish kids! In the evening we went out to Cafe Del Mar which is over the other side of the island to watch the infamous sunset - although it was too cloudy to enjoy really - but we had a really nice drink right on the water before having a bit to eat. We then hit our first club - Amnesia. We where so lucky as it was the MTV party and 50 cent was playing - so we headed to the club for about 1am. We brought 2 red bulls and vodka for €36!!!! Then spent the rest of the night on the dance floor - drinking only 1/2 beers for €20 when dehydration got too much! We tried for water but none for sale, except right at the end when we got what looked like a recycled bottle for €10! We left at about 5am and headed back to the hotel. We got about 1.5hrs sleep before getting up for breakfast and taking ourselves back by the pool where we lay in the sun - hoping to sleep but most of us not being able to. We headed out for lunch then came back and did have an hours nap before heading out to the old town for a meal and off to our second club - Pacha! Only this time we did it VIP style and payed for a table (quite expensive in a club) and comes with minimum spend alcohol but a few bottles of Moet and some vodka and red bull and another fantastic night out. We called it quits just after 6am and headed back to the hotel where we went down for a swim as the sun rose - well they did but I sat on the beach and took photos as there where fish in the water! Simon went back to his own hotel after the club and Mayank and Janaki went back to their room for an hours sleep before having to leave to catch a flight home. We (they) swam until 7.30am then we went into the hotel for breakfast! Then we got 3 hours sleep before again getting up and heading to the pool as we had to check out. We then went out to the Blue Marlin beach bar and sat on to beach (pebble beach) and went for a swim. We tried to book a sun lounger there but all booked out and all booked out all season on the weekends! Plenty of amazing boats in the harbour. We where flying out that night so went back to the hotel and the boys had cigars before we went out to the airport for our 11pm flight that got us into bed for work at 2.30am! Lets just say that going to work on Monday was a little difficult - but well worth the amazing time!
