Day 4 San Fransisco: Saturday 22nd January 2011

Jo's Crab Shack and The Crab Dancing Cocktails Lombard Street The Tram

Today was our last day so we took the famous cable car tram up past union square to the Westfield where in true Jones style we did a little shopping. We walked back down through Chinatown to catch the F train back to the hotel but because of the march it wasn’t running! Anyway we caught a cab and drove back past Lombard Street – check out the winding street – apparently it’s illegal to park the car vertically on the street because they have had too many accidents with ‘run away’ cars! We had lunch at Joe’s crab shack where we shared cocktails – served in jars and we shared our last crab! Every 40 min the staff get together and dance – everybody is encouraged to join in – there where a few takers – it was quite entertaining. At 2pm we headed back to the hotel and off to the airport (where I am writing this now). We leave at 5.50pm and get back into London midday on Sunday – the unfortunately back to work on Monday.
